Meeting, EXPO 2020
The International Participants Meeting (IPM) for EXPO 2020 Dubai brought together over 600 delegates from around the world to review progress on the upcoming World Expo and coordinate the development of national pavilions.
As part of the EXPO 2020 journey under the theme “Connecting Minds, Creating the Future”, the meeting served as a key platform for collaboration between participating countries, organisers, and international institutions. Discussions focused on construction progress, operational planning, and initiatives such as the Global Best Practice Programme, which aimed to showcase scalable solutions for sustainable development.

BeWunder delivered the technical systems for the International Participants Meeting, including audio, video, lighting, and rigging across all event areas.
The scope included the installation and coordination of all systems to support presentations, discussions, and large-scale delegate engagement. A key element of the delivery was the implementation of a custom rigging solution, designed to maximise visibility within the venue and ensure clear sightlines to the main screen for all participants.
All systems were integrated to operate as a unified setup, ensuring reliable performance and supporting the smooth execution of the multi-day programme.
