The Siemens Energy FExLab (Future Experience Lab) in Berlin is a digital showroom located within the company’s gas turbine production facility. The space was designed to communicate complex engineering processes and technologies through an interactive and flexible visitor experience.
Visitors are guided through tailored tours using dynamic content, enabling them to explore the design and manufacturing of gas turbines in an engaging and accessible way. The experience is supported by adjacent spaces, including the MeetHub hybrid meeting room and the Think Cube conference area, which provide flexible environments for presentations, collaboration, and hybrid communication.

BeWunder delivered the audio and video systems across three key areas: the showroom (FExLab), the hybrid meeting room (MeetHub), and the conference area (Think Cube).
The scope included the installation and integration of multiple display systems, interactive touchscreens, and media control systems across all spaces. Audio systems were implemented to support both immersive experiences in the showroom and clear communication in meeting environments, including advanced microphone arrays and processing systems.
In the showroom, interactive technologies such as touch and proximity sensors, as well as AR and VR elements, were integrated into a coordinated system enabling responsive and synchronised content delivery. Across the meeting and conference areas, systems were configured to support hybrid collaboration, including video conferencing integration and flexible room configurations.
All technical elements were integrated to operate as a unified system, ensuring seamless control, reliable performance, and adaptability across different use cases within the facility.
