Overview:

‘Do Arabs Dream of Electric Sheep?’ is the latest group exhibition held at ICD Brookfield Place, which attempts to reimagine popular views of what an Arab future looks like, through the clever use of humor, symbolism, and rituals.

Curated by Palestinian art researcher Adam HajYahia, the exhibition hosts five works by six artists, ranging from films, texts, and textiles to multimedia installations. The works in Do Arabs Dream of Electric Sheep try to piece together a future that falls in the grey area of the bipolar extremes of utopia and dystopia.

Scope:

For the month-long exhibition, BeWunder installed an LED wall, handled projection, added lights to highlight canvases, and positioned speakers around the exhibit area for different sound impressions.
