‘Do Arabs Dream of Electric Sheep?’ is a group exhibition held at ICD Brookfield Place in Dubai, exploring alternative visions of the Arab future through humour, symbolism and ritual. The exhibition challenges conventional narratives by presenting perspectives that sit between utopia and dystopia.
Curated by Palestinian art researcher Adam HajYahia, the exhibition brings together five works by six artists, spanning films, texts, textiles and multimedia installations. Each work contributes to a layered narrative, offering different interpretations of identity, technology and future imaginaries.

BeWunder supported the exhibition by delivering the technical setup across the gallery space, working closely with ICD Brookfield Place and the curatorial team to align the installation with the exhibition layout and programme.
The scope included the installation of an LED wall and projection systems, alongside the positioning of audio systems throughout the space to create distinct sound environments for different works. Lighting was introduced to highlight canvases and key elements, ensuring that each piece was presented clearly while maintaining the overall atmosphere of the exhibition.
All systems were integrated within the exhibition environment to support a range of media formats, allowing each installation to function as intended within the overall visitor experience.Â
