Festival Garden was introduced at the EXPO 2020 site in December 2021 to expand the entertainment and food and beverage offering within the wider Expo programme. The venue combined a social environment with a continuous entertainment schedule, featuring more than ten food stands, two bars and a diverse line-up of programming.

Visitors experienced a mix of DJs, live performances, livestreams, movie screenings, panel discussions and concerts, creating an active and evolving space within the Expo site. The venue operated as a fully programmed entertainment destination over several months.
