Key Account Manager Spatial Experiences (m/f/d)


  • You are responsible for identifying and winning new customers and business relationships in the AV and construction industry in Europe.  
  • You are responsible for developing and strengthening our customer relationships and maintaining our strategic network 
  • Acting as the main point of contact for our customers to maintain strong business and customer relationships 
  • Advising and analysing customer requirements 
  • Preparing and presenting proposals as well as drafting, negotiating and concluding individual contracts 
  • Building corporate credibility, brand equity and trust with customers to ensure customer loyalty and confidence in the brand 
  • Conducting intensive market and competitive intelligence and deriving measures for ambitious growth strategies 
  • Work with general management and project management as well as the marketing team to identify business needs and provide active team support within the framework of the company's strategy


  • Many years of experience and success in sales or in the function of Key Account Manager (m/f/d), ideally in the AV or construction industry. 
  • Good understanding of technical, business and contractual interrelationships in all their complexity  
  • Professional and demonstrable skills in business administration 
  • High degree of flexibility to engage with customers 
  • Empathy to correctly assess the needs of the customer and to serve him accordingly 
  • Strong communication skills in the form of persuasiveness, assertiveness and negotiation skills 
  • Good analytical skills to develop sustainable strategies to increase sales 
  • Personal responsibility

  • Fluent in German and English
