YOUR MISSION

You are responsible for the management of complex and demanding national and international projects in the field of audio-visual and lighting (semi-)permanent installations. You convince the customer from the first contact, through the conception, calculation, presentation to the control of the implementation and disposition, and are permanently available as a contact person on site. You can coordinate and lead large decentralized and international teams. In doing so, you support our team across different disciplines with your creativity, experience and expertise. You have strong business acumen while being comfortable in technical discussions with our tech-savvy customer. Your responsibilities will further include: 

• Offer processing, negotiating and awarding supplier contracts and subcontractor services
• Coordination between supplying and executing subcontractors
• Organization and execution of system acceptance tests
• Management of decentralized and cross-trade international project teams
• Risk management
• Project controlling (deadlines, quality, costs) and securing receivables
• Ensuring technical documentation in compliance with quality standards 

 If you are not on site at the customer or on the road for a project, you will be working full time in our modern office in Berlin ​or Munich.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a technical education, for instance as an event technician or you have a corresponding degree like event technology and event management or in civil engineering, architecture
• You have already gained extensive experience in the planning and structural realization of fixed installations in past projects
• Very good in dealing with customers and in building customer loyalty
• Effective team leadership with the ability to work closely, confidently and collaboratively with cross-cultural teams, demonstrating assertiveness and commitment
• Good understanding of complex technical, business and contractual relationships
• Knowledge of the relevant rules and regulations (DIN, VDE, VOB)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and the most important project management software solutions (MS Project, Primavera, Aconex, etc.)
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Vectorworks and Revit is desirable
• Willingness to travel around the world with us and for our projects
• Very good knowledge of German and English (business fluent)
• Distinct entrepreneurial acumen
