YOUR MISSION

Being responsible for management of complex and demanding national and international projects in the field of audio-visual and lighting permanent/ semi-permanent installations, you will manage client communications from initial contact through conception, calculation, presentation to project realization, providing support to internal teams across various disciplines with your creativity and proven industry expertise. 
You come with strong business acumen while being comfortable and proficient in technical discussions with our clients.

Key responsibilities will include: 

• Managing, controlling and coordinating both planning and execution of complex and challenging AVL projects
• Leading the projects from its preparation, execution to completion (including the entire project organization and processing)
• Liaising with the client(s) and make necessary action to solve issues pertaining to client’s requirements
• Continuously building and maintaining a strong network of clients
• Participating in tender process, i.e. design, submission and review 
• Observance projects quality, deadline and cost control
• Tendering, negotiating and awarding of supplier contracts and subcontracting services
• Monitoring all aspects of project management, from project controlling to claim management
• Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements on all projects
• Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions
• Managing and leading multiple projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout
• Overseeing the development of the master project schedule and managing its implementation
• Providing regular compliance reports to senior management
• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive team members
• Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
• Other duties and projects as assigned
• Collaborating with Administration on required tender documentation and other administrative projects related requirements
• Collaborating with Crew Management on resource planning of assigned project using EasyJob system
• Collaborating with HSE and QAQC on necessary projects on-site/off-site, in line with HSE - QAQC requirements & compliances 
• Collaborating with Contract Management as required

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 5 years of AVL experience in a similar role
• Proven Project Management experience with Museums, Cultural projects, permanent or semi-permanent installations
• Proven experience in planning and structural realization of fixed installations
• Technical Knowledge of Audio, Video and Lighting systems and control
• Experience in managing large budgets
• Existing network of clients in the same sector is beneficial
• Great networking skills
• Knowledge and experience with recent technologies for large scale installations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Flexible to work based on the requirements of the industry
