Operations and Maintenance Manager (m/f/d)


 Our friendly and energetic team in Berlin and Munich is growing and we are seeking an Operations and Maintenance Manager to complement and contribute to our expanding operations. If you enjoy working on a variety of exciting projects in a fast-paced environment and have a keen and proactive eye for ensuring things run smoothly, then we want to hear from you! 

  • You have a well-rounded and knowledgeable approach to maintenance and service of client-owned AVL technology. 
  • You will be able to develop and implement overall maintenance and operations concepts for our clients, including the creation of contracts and calculation of maintenance costs.  
  • You will be able to manage comprehensive certificates of services rendered, maintenance of asset databases and maintain a full overview and coordination of all relevant documentation.   
  • You will need to coordinate the project assignments that arise, as well as the subsequent invoicing of the services provided. 
  • You will be in close contact with our clients to ensure the highest level of partnership and satisfaction. 
  • You will strive towards building our Operations and Maintenance unit, including the creation of new processes, streamlining current processes and ensuring we achieve the best possible result for our clients. 


The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Previous experience in the field of maintenance and servicing.  
  • Technical understanding, and previous experience with AVL technology. 
  • An affinity for commercial success in order to achieve the best result for both our clients and our organization. 
  • Previous experience in calculating service and maintenance assignments. 
  • Drive and motivate to build the unit and processes, developing new approaches and solutions.  
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to manage and provide first level support when required. 
  • Excellent German and English communication skills.
