YOUR MISSION

Join our international People & Culture team and help build scalable people processes across Europe and the Middle East. This role focuses on people operations, process improvement, system optimization, automation and cross-regional projects that enhance team members’ experience and support BeWunder's growth. 
Recruiting is part of the role, but not its primary focus.
 
Your responsibilities include the following: 

• Support the day-to-day People & Culture operations across Europe and the Middle East throughout the people lifecyle. 
• Coordinate employment-related documents, visa applications, letters and administrative requests.  
• Support and continuously improve People Operations processes across the people lifecycle. 
• Create and maintain clear documentation, guidelines and process standards. 
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance the people experience and strengthen BeWunder's culture. 
• Drive and coordinate People & Culture projects across Europe and the Middle East. 
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and scale administrative and operational workflows. 
• Explore and implement digital tools, automation solutions and AI use cases for the People & Culture function. 
• Support with recruitment activities, interview coordination and candidate experience when required. 

YOUR PROFILE

• First relevant experience in People Operations, HR, Recruiting, Business Operations or a similar field.
• Exposure to People Business Partnering activities, including organizational changes, people lifecycle topics, leadership support and people & culture initiatives.
• Experience working in a startup, scale-up orother fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Passionate about process improvement, digital tooling, automation and AI.
• Ideally, worked with Personio asan HRIS before.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Fast learner who enjoys taking ownership and finding solutions.
• Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic international environment.
• Collaborative team player with a positive and service-oriented mindset.
• Open to occasional travel, including visits to our Dubai office for onboarding, team collaboration and People & Culture activities.
