As part of a large-scale incentive programme, 16,000 Nu Skin sales staff from across Asia were invited to Dubai for a gala dinner accompanied by a high-impact multimedia show.
The production was defined by a complex stage design featuring two concentrically arranged elliptical projection surfaces, supported by an 85-metre-wide truss arch spanning the entire stage. These moving elements formed the centrepiece of a dynamic visual experience, combining large-scale projection, live camera feeds, and synchronized show content.

BeWunder delivered the video and lighting systems for the gala dinner show, including the technical realisation of the projection concept and the integration of the overall show control and communications infrastructure.
The scope included the design and implementation of two large elliptical projection surfaces, measuring 27 and 19 metres in width, mounted on chain hoists to enable vertical and relative movement during the show. Each surface was served by seven high-output projectors, delivering synchronized imagery from both sides of the venue, supported by additional lateral projection screens displaying live camera feeds and show content.
Media playback and content adaptation were managed through Watchout and d3 media server systems, allowing real-time adjustment of visuals in line with the movement of the projection surfaces. A tracking system was implemented to ensure accurate alignment between moving elements and projected content.
Lighting systems were integrated within the large truss arch structure, which also supported additional show elements and contributed to the overall stage design.
The communications infrastructure included a fully integrated intercom and radio system, combining wired and wireless solutions connected via fibre network, ensuring seamless coordination across all production teams during the live event.
All systems were delivered as a fully integrated setup, supporting the scale and complexity of the production and ensuring smooth execution of the show.
