The World Government Summit 2025, held at Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai, brought together heads of state, ministers and global leaders to address some of the most pressing challenges facing governments today. Over three days, the programme featured a series of keynote speeches, panel discussions and workshops, creating a platform for dialogue at the highest level.

For the fourth consecutive year, BeWunder supported the delivery of the summit, contributing to the technical setup across multiple venues and ensuring a consistent experience throughout the event.

BeWunder was responsible for the delivery of audio, lighting systems and rigging across key event spaces, supporting the full programme of the summit.

Working closely with Publicis Live, the Prime Minister’s Office and all involved stakeholders, BeWunder coordinated the technical setup across the venue, ensuring alignment between programme requirements and on-site execution.

A site-wide communication system was implemented to support coordination between production teams, enabling smooth operation across multiple spaces and sessions throughout the event.

The delivery required detailed planning, technical expertise and precise execution on site, ensuring that all systems operated reliably and supported the high-level nature of the summit.
