The WPT Modon Abu Dhabi Padel Master marked the debut of the World Padel Tour in Abu Dhabi, bringing together top-ranked international players for a week-long sporting and entertainment event.
Held at Bab Al Noujoum on Hudayriyat Island, the event combined competitive padel matches with a wider fan village experience, including live entertainment, music and family activities. Presented by the Abu Dhabi Sports Council in partnership with the Department of Culture and Tourism, the tournament hosted 128 professional players across multiple courts in a purpose-built venue.

BeWunder delivered the technical systems across the full event site, covering the main court, side courts and surrounding fan areas.
The lighting setup included more than 180 fixtures, ensuring consistent illumination for both competition and broadcast requirements across all courts and public areas. Video systems were implemented through multiple LED screens positioned across the venue, supported by distributed feeds to ensure clear visibility of live content throughout the site.
Audio systems were deployed to provide coverage for the main court, secondary courts and wider venue, supporting both match play and entertainment elements. In parallel, intercom and communication systems were implemented to enable coordination between production teams during live operations.
The delivery required precise planning and on-site execution to ensure that all systems operated seamlessly throughout the duration of the tournament.
