The 27th edition of Beautyworld Middle East took place at Dubai World Trade Center from 30 October to 1 November 2023. As the largest international trade fair in the region for cosmetics and wellness, the exhibition brought together 1,750 regional and global exhibitors across 15 halls.
Over the course of three days, the event offered visitors direct access to some of the fastest-growing sectors in the industry, creating opportunities to discover new products, build connections and engage with brands across multiple exhibition areas running simultaneously.

BeWunder delivered the technical setup for the event, covering multiple halls and activation areas across the venue. Audio systems, video systems and lighting systems were installed and integrated to ensure consistent performance throughout the exhibition, supported by event IT and networks to keep all systems aligned and running reliably.
Rigging was used to support the installation of lighting and video elements across the different spaces, while power systems management ensured that all technical equipment operated continuously over the three days without interruption.
Live streaming was also implemented for selected parts of the programme, allowing key moments of the event to be captured and shared beyond the venue.
