BeWunder enters the World Expo Riyadh from a position of long standing strength in the Kingdom. Since 2019, we have delivered a wide range of semi- permanent, permanent and live-event projects across Saudi Arabia. Today, we operate with a fully established presence in Riyadh, local offices, warehouse facilities, and a full team on the ground. As  turnkey experience partner, we are ready to collaborate with international participants and local stakeholders alike, building on the momentum of Vision 2030 legacy projects as we help shape the national and thematic experiences that will define Riyadh’s global stage in 2030. 

As preparations for EXPO 2027 Belgrade intensify, BeWunder is fully geared toward the next World Expo. Building on our strong European presence, we are expanding into Belgrade and have laid the groundwork to begin delivering projects from day one. As turnkey experience partner, we stand ready to support international participants and pavilion organisers, working closely with design teams to bring their visions to life.  

15 Pavilions Delivered
EXPO 2025 Osaka represents one of BeWunder’s most extensive undertakings to date. Our team delivered 13 national pavilions and two pavilions for international organisations, working across a wide range of roles from turnkey exhibition contracting to system integration and specialised consulting. Landmark projects included the USA Pavilion, the KSA Pavilion, the German Pavilion, as well as the Kuwait and Uzbekistan Pavilions. In addition to delivering these 15 pavilions, BeWunder operated and maintained all of them throughout the Expo period, ensuring seamless technical performance every day of the event.

BeWunder served as the technical system integrator for the UAE Pavilion, delivering the complete audiovisual and lighting systems that shaped the visitor experience.

10 Pavilions + 6 Performance Venues Delivered

EXPO 2020 Dubai marked another major chapter in BeWunder’s evolution. Our team served as system integrator for the Sustainability Pavilion, seven international participant pavilions, and two brand pavilions, delivering complete audiovisual and lighting integration across diverse architectural and thematic concepts.  

In addition, we acted as the technical partner for six performance venues across the site, overseeing the technical production and operating them throughout the 183 days of the Expo with a team of more than 200 specialists. 

5 Pavilions Delivered
Our team realised five pavilions, including the national pavilion “Nur Alem”, where the permanent Museum of Future Energy was constructed. In addition, we acted as system integrator for the Energy Best Practice thematic pavilion, as well as three international participant pavilions.
