BeWunder supported the UAE Pavilion as media hardware planner, focusing on the development of a technically robust and coordinated AV system design aligned with the exhibition concept.

Working with the exhibition designer, BeWunder translated the creative intent into detailed system design and technical specification, ensuring that all multimedia elements could be delivered in line with project requirements.

The scope included the design and specification of audio systems, video systems, lighting systems, media servers and playback, show control systems, and event IT networks, forming a coordinated technical foundation for the pavilion.

A key aspect of the role was the close coordination with the lighting designer, MEP consultants, and base-build teams, ensuring that all systems were fully aligned and integrated within the wider project framework.

BeWunder also provided value engineering, optimising the system design to meet budget requirements while maintaining the intended quality and performance of the visitor experience.
